1. Service Scope

StartSmart Africa provides digital business setup services including social media setup, basic or one-page website creation, WhatsApp business optimization, automation, and digital tools. Each package includes only what is listed.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery is 3-5 working days
• Delays may occur if required information is not provided on time

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, you must provide your business name and details, product or service information, and logos, images, or branding if available. Delays in providing these may affect delivery time.

4. Payments

• All payments are one-time and upfront
• Work begins only after payment confirmation

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, payments are non-refundable once work has started. If work has not started, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Revisions

Minor revisions are allowed after delivery. Major changes outside the agreed scope may attract extra charges.

7. Third-Party Limitations

We use external platforms such as WhatsApp and Google. We are not responsible for platform downtime, account restrictions or bans, or policy changes made by those platforms.

8. Ownership

Final delivered assets belong to the client after full payment. We may use completed projects for portfolio or marketing purposes.

9. Support

Basic support is included depending on your package. Extended support may require additional fees.

10. Limitation of Liability

StartSmart Africa is not liable for business losses, lack of sales due to external factors, or misuse of delivered systems.

11. Acceptance

By making payment, you agree to these terms.
